Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a unique bohemian feel despite not being tall, though the rooms were a bit different from the pictures. Showers varied in temperature, being mild in one room and very hot on the top floor. The location is near the center with spacious surroundings, and the dark-haired receptionists were amazing, but the blonde ones could be rude. The dining experience was somewhat disappointing with nothing special except for Indonesian dishes.
The hotel has a bohemian feel despite not being tall and offers spacious rooms, but lacks coziness and tea amenities in the room. The service is attentive, with breakfast in the morning, but comes at a higher price than the reservation. The location is quiet, close to nice restaurants, and centrally located, though some staff members might vary in friendliness. The dining experience is decent but somewhat basic, excluding breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel is a good option for a short stay offering a cozy but slightly worn-out room. The location is convenient for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. Dining options were average, with some room for improvement. Service was a mix of excellent and dismissive experiences, and overall, Lugne provides a decent value for the price.
The hotel room was much bigger than we expected, but it looked quite scary and lacked basic amenities like night table lamps. It was not as described in the pictures, far from the so-called 'Butterfly style or Jungle style room,' instead, just an old, plain, and boring space in a horrible state, not clean at all.
The hotel had both positives and negatives. The rooms didn't quite match the pictures, being on the upper floor with low ceilings, but they were very large and clean. The service was a mix of helpful and delayed assistance. The location was the highlight, being easily accessible and close to downtown. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired with cold, poor-quality food. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
